Valentine’s Day Coming Soon!

Red poppies for Valentine’s Day???  Yes, they most certainly are appropriate, specifically because their vibrant red color symbolizes love, passion, and admiration, while also holding deeper, more emotional meanings. In many cultures, including Chinese and Japanese, red poppies represent deep, passionate, and romantic love.  As an alternative to roses, poppies make a unique and striking alternative, displaying a more contemporary or bohemian vibe.  If you have waited too long, and your florist cannot get the poppies, consider my new painting, “Red, Orange, and Pink Poppies” or a print in 8” x 10”, 11” x 14”, or 16” x 20”.
